* **Customised Orders:** It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate specifications, text, and details for customised jewellery. Once production has started, modifications to custom designs may not be possible.
* **Availability:** We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

Delivery times provided on our Site are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

* **Standard Items:** In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws, you have the right to cancel or return standard items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
* **Customised/Bespoke Items:** Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal **does NOT apply to custom-made, personalized, or bespoke jewellery**. All sales of customized items are final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
