Order Processing

In Stock Products: We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Delivery time may vary by location, typically 2–14 days for in-stock items.

Made-to-Order Products: If the item is not in stock, processing usually takes 3–4 weeks due to production time. Each piece is crafted with the highest quality standards.
Shipping

United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

USA: Shipping includes duties and insurance via Royal Mail. The total cost is included in the shipping fee; no additional import charges apply.

International (other countries): Free shipping worldwide for orders above GBP 120. For orders below GBP 120, a flat shipping rate of GBP 23.99 applies. Any import duties, taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the customer and collected by your local postal service.

Orders below GBP 120 (outside UK/USA): A flat shipping rate of GBP 23.99 applies; orders above GBP 120 qualify for free shipping.
Taxes and Duties

USA: Duties are included in the shipping fee.

International: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by their country. Vicky’s Dreams is not responsible for these charges.
Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Lost or Delayed Orders

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at vicky@vickysdreams.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

14-day return policy: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
