We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping for all our handcrafted jewellery.

Order Processing

In-Stock Items

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the destination but usually ranges between 2–14 days for items that are in stock.

Made-to-Order Items

If an item is not currently in stock, production may take approximately 3–4 weeks. Each piece is individually handcrafted with great care to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Rates

United Kingdom

Free shipping on all UK orders.

United States

Flat shipping rate: £15

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked service.

Under current U.S. import regulations, most shipments valued under $800 USD typically enter the United States duty-free under the “de minimis” rule. However, customs authorities make the final determination and regulations may change.

Any import duties, taxes, or fees required by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International (All Other Countries)

Flat shipping rate: £15 worldwide.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may apply in their country.

Vicky’s Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

✧unused

✧in its original packaging

✧accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a significant quality defect.

If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
